-Orders received after 5:00pm on Friday will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
-We offer a flat rate shipping & handling charge of 30AED (in UAE only). For international orders please email us on ayahdoesart@gmail.com so we can provide shipping rates for your country.
-Orders on items that require customization will take 5-8 business days to process and ship out.
Shipping
All domestic orders are shipping via couriers. Therefore we require a shipping address and phone number.
Depending on stock, all orders (with the exception of Mystery boxes and customizable items) could take 3-7 business days to ship out. For Mystery boxes and orders above 400AED you will receive free shipping.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirming your tracking number. Most orders should arrive within 1-2 business days from your ship date.
In the event an item is unavailable, you will be notified by email and the unavailable item will be automatically refunded to your account. The remainder of your order will be billed and shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TERMS: (Please read carefully)
International shipping is available, due to the unpredictable rates and not having a permanent courier worldwide, you will have to email us at ayahdoesart@gmail.com and let us know which country you would like your order shipped to so we can let you know the rates and tiers your item(s) could be shipped.
The rates will be determined by the weight or your product(s). You will be responsible for all the fees and taxes that may be applied at customs and the payments could be sent to our PayPal account so we could pay upfront.
Refusing to pay any fees associated with your shipment will result in a return of your package in which, we will only give a refund for the items shipped and not the shipping cost.
We have the right to reject and cancel an order without notice. Any order that is highlighted on our fraudulent verification system will be canceled automatically without notice.
There are absolutely no exchanges or returns for international orders or discounted orders.
All international orders must be shipped to the credit card holder's billing address.
